14+ years building growth functions from zero — and the technology underneath them.

I've spent my career on both sides of the marketing org chart — running the strategy and team, and also rolling up sleeves to architect the CRM, the lifecycle automation, and the analytics stack that the team runs on. Most marketers do one. The compounding happens when you do both.

Today my work sits at the intersection of three things: growth marketing leadership at 8Twelve, MarTech architecture through XRaise, and AI-native product building — including VartAI and Akeron, a SaaS platform handling 35TB of data retrieval at scale.

How I think

Three convictions I keep coming back to.
